Shipping Policy

All products from The Engravables are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 1–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is currently $8.00 per order within the United States. Once your order has shipped, estimated transit time is typically 3–5 business days.

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate. Most orders should arrive within approximately 4–10 business days after the order is placed.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order once your package has shipped.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. The Engravables is not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
